Make copilot shut up and wait when i'm typing #5131

When I am adding information to help copilot, it often interupts my typing and thoughts with pointless permission requests

Proposed solution

If I'm typing, just wait with the interupts/questions and DEFINITELY don't take over input. It is really annoying then typing half a sentence into the void because the moment i start typing copilot always needs some random ass permission
