Complete the migration started in the previous commit: switch the remaining Debug/Release/Test/Profile build configurations of ObjectiveGit-Mac, ObjectiveGit-MacTests and libgit2 from the legacy Mac-*.xcconfig files to their macOS-*.xcconfig counterparts, rename the added group to 'macOS', and drop the now-unused 'Mac OS X' group and its Mac-*.xcconfig file references from the project navigator.
