Ports two fixes found in an end-to-end customer test, and bumps the version to 0.3.3.

  • emit stamps occurred_at when it is called. It was stamped when the background drain built the batch, so events in one batch shared a time and HalvorAI's loop rule saw a steady retry loop as irregular.
  • Card-number redaction and the card-number check skip digit runs that sit next to letters or digits (hex signatures, base64, ids). x402.payment_payload evidence is no longer redacted. Before this, parts of x402 signatures were replaced with [redacted:pan] and failed verification. A card number in a URL path is still caught (ape-schema conformance case pan-in-payee-resource-url).

Tests: npm run typecheck, npm test (227 passed), npm run build, npm run smoke.

After merge, publishing a v0.3.3 release runs the npm workflow.

emit() stamps occurred_at when it is called instead of when the batch is
built. Card-number redaction and the card-number check skip digit runs
glued to letters or digits (hex, base64, ids), and x402.payment_payload
evidence is not redacted, so x402 signatures stay verifiable.
