Set `install-mode: goinstall` for `golangci-lint-action` in GitHub Actions to build the linter from source, resolving compatibility issues when the target Go version (1.25.5) is newer than the pre-built linter's supported Go version.
The 'version' field is not supported in `.golangci.yml` and was causing the `golangci-lint config verify` command to fail with a JSON schema validation error: "additional properties 'version' not allowed". This change removes the invalid field so the configuration file validates correctly.
