Point the libhegel release automation at the hegeldev/hegel monorepo - #148

libhegel releases are now GitHub releases of hegeldev/hegel, tagged `libhegel/<version>` and titled `libhegel v<version>`, with the C ABI header at `libhegel/include/hegel.h`. The bump script, the bump workflow, cmake/libhegel.cmake and nix/flake.nix now resolve, download and verify from there. Releases before 0.47.2 stay on hegeldev/hegel-rust under `libhegel-v<version>` tags, so the download URL is selected by version and the current 0.42.4 pin keeps building until the bump lands. The repository_dispatch event type stays `hegel-rust-release`; only its payload's tag shape changed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

libhegel releases moved from hegeldev/hegel-rust to the hegeldev/hegel monorepo. They are now GitHub releases tagged
libhegel/<version>and titledlibhegel v<version>, with the C ABI header atlibhegel/include/hegel.h. The bump run triggered by libhegel 0.47.2 failed because it still fetched the header fromhegeldev/hegel-rustatlibhegel-v0.47.2(https://github.com/hegeldev/hegel-cpp/actions/runs/39284065223).This PR points every piece of the release automation at the new location:
.github/scripts/bump_hegel_rust.py: resolves the latestlibhegel/*release of hegeldev/hegel, fetches the header and the.sha256sidecars from there, and links the right release page in the generatedRELEASE.md. Versions before 0.47.2 keep resolving to hegel-rust'slibhegel-v<version>releases, so the "from" link for the current 0.42.4 pin stays correct..github/workflows/bump-hegel-rust.yml: the PR body now linkslibhegel v<version>on hegeldev/hegel. Therepository_dispatchevent type stayshegel-rust-release.cmake/libhegel.cmakeandnix/flake.nix: the download URL is selected by version, so the current 0.42.4 pin keeps downloading from hegel-rust and the next bump downloads from hegeldev/hegel.README.md,.claude/CLAUDE.md,.claude/skills/align-libhegel/SKILL.md: updated links, tag shape and header path.File names, branch names (
ci/bump-hegel-rust-*) andCHANGELOG.mdhistory are unchanged. NoRELEASE.md: nothing undersrc/orinclude/changed.Validation:
python3 -m py_compile .github/scripts/bump_hegel_rust.py0.47.2in a throwaway clone: it fetched the header atlibhegel/0.47.2, repinnednix/flake.nixwith hashes matching the published sidecars (efdc8d4b…,971c198e…,e311f017…) and committed onci/bump-hegel-rust-0.47.2.cmake -S . -B … -DHEGEL_LIBHEGEL_VERSION=0.47.2downloaded and verifiedlibhegel-darwin-arm64.dylibfrom hegeldev/hegel; the default (0.42.4) configure still downloads from hegel-rust.nix/flake.nixwas not evaluated (nonixon this machine).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
