Feature Request: support IO_ABS_SETUP #22

Currently, CreateDevice can specify a list of axes, but it cannot specify abs_info. (e.g., report minimum and maximum values) It would be nice if the uinput interface supported some way to pass a list of ABS axes along with an equivalent AbsInfo struct. This would be helpful for compatibility with certain software that might use the abs_info for hints about relative axis positions. It could then use the IO_ABS_SETUP ioctl to configure the virtual device:
