Add GPT-6 Sol and Luna support

Summary

• regenerate the baked catalog with GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna metadata
• use Fold's 272,000-token Codex compaction window for both models
• preserve canonical model IDs across Codex descriptors, switching, and resume
• keep standalone smart, fast, and orchestrator profile defaults unchanged

Scope

This does not add Fold runtime support for Claude Opus 5.5. An Opus row may be present only as incidental output from the generated models.dev snapshot.

Verification

• focused catalog and configured-model tests
• focused model-family, compaction, switch, and resume tests
• focused Codex descriptor and context-window tests
• typecheck, lint, format check, and complete test suite
• release build, native smoke test, staging, and manifest validation for 0.1.28
