@CodeRabbit, can you look at these advanced-security notices too?

@hyperpolymath I checked all three Advanced Security notices visible on this PR. They are false positives for planned source paths, not evidence of directory-renaming drift.
| Alert | Path | Documentation context |
|---|---|---|
| 7 | src/driver/ |
WP-02 lists files to implement at Line 242–243. |
| 8 | src/ppx/ |
WP-04 lists future frontend components at Line 289. |
| 9 | src/frontend/ |
WP-04 lists future frontend components at Line 289. |
All three directories are absent. That matches the documented bootstrap status at Line 25–29. The architecture plan also labels this layout “Target source tree” and instructs contributors to add the components.
I recommend dismissing these three alerts as false positives. Do not create empty directories just to satisfy the scanner. If SD022 supports scoped exceptions, exclude these planned-path references rather than disabling the rule globally.
Scope limit: The code-scanning API returned HTTP 403. I could inspect the three posted notices and verify their source context, but I could not retrieve the full alert inventory or confirm current alert states. Please retry the alert-list check with an account that can read code-scanning alerts. I made no alert-status changes and will leave this thread open.

Specify next_entity result semantics before the Layer B commit.
The example is explicitly design-level PPX syntax, so this is not a stock-OCaml compile error. However, next_entity returns Error \Invalid_drift | Ok entity, while its postconditions dereference next.versionandnext.idwithout defining that they apply to theOkpayload. Layer B also commits the result without anErrorbranch. Define the result postcondition, handleErrorbefore commit, and emitRejectedinstead ofCommitted` for that path.

Use an int64 operation for the version increment.
old.version and 1L have type int64, but + is the int addition operator in OCaml. Use Int64.add old.version 1L in the implementation and postcondition, or change version to int.

Preserve empty fields when parsing the authority lock.
Bash treats consecutive tab delimiters as one IFS-whitespace separator. A replacement row with MPR, an empty column, a 40-hex revision, and a 64-hex digest therefore passes the pin-format check despite having four columns. Parse the full line and reject any row without exactly three nonempty TSV fields. (gnu.org)

Keep preflight blocked when only scaffold filenames exist.
If the tools are found and the lock fields have valid syntax, three empty files at these paths make the doctor report Preflight READY. The implementation plan requires the named Dune modules before that status. Check the required implementation prerequisites, or report scaffold presence without treating it as implementation readiness.

Make the blocked-state test independent of checkout readiness.
When the planned prerequisites pass, the doctor returns exit 0 and this test fails. Run the blocked-state assertion against a controlled incomplete fixture. Test exit 0 separately against a ready fixture so the test remains valid as implementation progresses.

This PR does not implement the OCaml verifier or prove user programs. The authority entries intentionally remain
UNPINNED; the doctor reports toolchain and implementation blockers. Dune, OCaml, and the documentation renderer are not installed in the current environment, so no Dune build or AsciiDoc render was run.Summary by CodeRabbit
