Closing: most of these packages (System.Text.Json, Microsoft.Extensions.*, System.Threading.Channels, Newtonsoft.Json, Microsoft.Web.Xdt, ...) ship with XrmToolBox itself, and the project pins them to the versions XrmToolBox uses (9.0.7 etc.). They should only move together with XrmToolBoxPackage. Dependabot is being limited to XrmToolBoxPackage and the test packages; NUnit and its adapter will come back in a new PR from that config.

* Dependabot: only update XrmToolBoxPackage and the test packages

The other NuGet packages ship with XrmToolBox and are pinned to the versions
it uses (see #23), so they're updated by hand with XrmToolBoxPackage.

* Remove Dependabot

Dependabot alerts and security updates are switched off in the repo settings,
and version updates aren't wanted either: most NuGet packages ship with
XrmToolBox and are pinned to its versions, and the few others are updated by
hand.
