Removed TikTok User Search and TikTok downloader entries. Updated TKMetrics entry with detailed description and changed its free status.

Two TikTok entries in social-media-intelligence.md no longer work (checked 19 Oct 2026):
This PR removes both and adds TKMetrics in the same TikTok block. What is free on it: profile lookups for any public account (no card) and country pages listing the top 50 tracked creators by followers. Full finder results, contact details and CSV export need a paid plan, so the entry says Free: false.
Disclosure: I work on TKMetrics. Thanks again for merging the IGDataHub entry (#47). Happy to drop the TKMetrics lines and keep only the dead-link removal if you prefer.
