Zapis doktoratu liczy slug przez autorzy_set, który robi Typ_Odpowiedzialnosci.objects.get(skrot="aut."). Test nie zamawiał fixtury typy_odpowiedzialnosci i zależał od tego, czy słownik przetrwał poprzednie testy na workerze xdist (TRUNCATE testów transakcyjnych) — DoesNotExist w scal_autora na CI (RC run 42169525652).
