I build multi-tenant SaaS platforms and own them in production: the Lambda API and the tenant isolation model underneath it, the React and React Native clients on top, and the AWS the whole thing runs on.
🧭 Now building: Horyza
Project and delivery management with finance built in. Boards, sprints, QA, invoicing and GST billing, purchase orders, HR, attendance and leave, team chat, an AI assistant, a Chrome issue reporter and an MCP server, in one white-label workspace.
I designed and built it as sole author:
- 255-route serverless API on AWS Lambda behind a single handler pipeline that owns auth, personal access tokens, permission checks, rate limiting, validation and audit capture. A new endpoint can't quietly skip a control, because there is no second way to write one.
- Tenant isolation in application code. Many organisations share one DynamoDB table and one MongoDB database, so every datastore call is scoped by an organisation id taken from the authenticated principal, never from the request.
- 138-tool Model Context Protocol server that lets AI agents work inside Horyza with the caller's own token, so tenant scoping and permissions stay enforced server-side.
- Money in integer minor units, with tax computed on the server.

- Lead the team: technical direction, work distribution, stand-ups, code review and merge.
- Train people: internal sessions for interns and junior engineers on React, TypeScript and how our platforms fit together.
- Write decisions down: architecture decision records so the reasoning outlives whoever had it.
- AI-assisted development with guardrails: machine-readable conventions, per-repo architecture guides, explore/verify agents and hooks, backed by CI gates for typecheck, lint, test, build and secret scanning.
