Summary

Move the system prompt change onto its own branch from main. It had been committed on codex/simplify-discord-boundaries after that pull request was already merged.
The prompt now treats crude friend-server banter as in-bounds and answers with a blunt, honest take.

Test plan

Confirm the diff is only config/ai/discord-response-system-prompt.md
After merge, save the prompt to live D1 if the running bot should pick it up (production reads D1, not this file)
