Hi, I'm Jan

Full-Stack Web Engineer | Angular & Node.js | Founder of Triathlon Pace

I build and run production SaaS applications with Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Stripe, and Cloudflare. As the solo founder of Triathlon Pace, I work across the full product lifecycle — from architecture and development to infrastructure, SEO, performance, and deployment.

What I Do

  • Full-Stack Product Development: Build features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Angular Engineering: Modern Angular applications using Signals, RxJS, SSR, scalable project structure, and performance-focused UI development.
  • Backend Development: Node.js and Express APIs, authentication, data modeling, third-party integrations, and business logic.
  • Performance & SEO: Core Web Vitals, SSR/SSG, caching, technical SEO, and fast user-facing applications.

Building Triathlon Pace

I am the solo founder and developer of Triathlon Pace, a SaaS application for triathletes and endurance athletes.

Working on a real product has given me hands-on experience across the entire engineering and product lifecycle:

  • Frontend: Interactive Angular applications with a strong focus on UX, performance, and maintainable architecture.
  • Backend: Node.js APIs, MongoDB data models, authentication, integrations, and business logic.
  • Payments & Product: Stripe, pricing, subscriptions, analytics, SEO, and conversion flows.
  • Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, monitoring, and production deployments.
  • Product Development: Feature planning, technical tradeoffs, debugging, optimization, and continuous iteration based on real users.
