Spectrum Analyzer Glow Effect Banding / Pixilation / Low Resolution issue #338

I would not consider this a bug, but just an issue on my system with how the spectrum analyzer glow effect looks.

I'm not sure exactly what the issue is, if its a color banding issue, low resolution of the effect, or something else, but when the glow effect is turned on, it looks heavily pixilated especially if there is no background color behind it and just whatever is behind the program. If a 10% or greater background color is added, the issue becomes a little less noticeable, and the glow effect blends in a bit better but the issue still remains.
