Adds Spanish, Swedish and Brazilian Portuguese, improves time and temperature formatting and the solar badge. Adjustments while merging: - Combine with PR #26: temperature is only rounded when temperature_decimals is set (no forced toFixed(1)); invalid values show "--" - Fix solar badge: solarUnit was used before its declaration (ReferenceError) - Language codes sv/pt so Home Assistant's auto-detection finds Swedish and Portuguese (files lang-se.js / lang-br.js are kept) - Translate comments to German

This will allow users to to optionally configure the amount of decimals they want to round the temperature to. Can be done through the UI editor.
My outside temperature sensor reports to 2 decimals:
But I really only need to know 1 decimal on my dashboard.
Fair warning, this is my first HA contribution, my day-to-day is writing java and some Vue with typescript
