Hi there 👋

I've spent more than 35 years starting and building technology companies, with four exits as a founder: two IPOs, CyberSource and Beyond.com, and two sales, Relay Media and Specialix. I hold seven US patents in fraud detection, digital distribution and content, granted between 1999 and 2024.

Now I lead Search Ecosystem Metrics engineering at Google, live in Nevada City, California, and build Home Assistant cards and integrations. I'm also a nationally published photographer and a past winner of the British Design Award.
