Summary

  • replace the broken Compose curl healthcheck with the runtime Python stdlib and cover it with a repository contract test
  • make Taskfile checks non-mutating, expose an explicit lint:fix, align CI/docs, and move the release toolchain to supported Node 22
  • remove the proven-unused ProjectMemory fallback and unused direct dependencies while keeping SQLModel history, provider errors, optional behavior/Notion scaffolding, and OpenTelemetry contracts
  • add PyYAML as a direct dependency, retain SQLAlchemy 2.0 for psycopg2 URL compatibility, and refresh reproducible locks

Validation

  • task check: Ruff, mypy, 28 pytest tests passed
  • docker compose config --quiet
  • real disposable Compose stack: API and Postgres healthy
  • built-image offline runtime test passed
  • UI -> Next proxy -> real FastAPI -> loopback provider integration passed, including persisted assistant reply
  • pip-audit: 48 records / 12 packages -> 0
  • npm audit: 19 findings (2 critical) -> 4 transitive release-toolchain findings (0 critical); npm audit fix --dry-run reports no automatic compatible changes
  • actionlint passed

No release, deployment, provider call, or Kubernetes/cloud operation was run.
