Summary

• make clusters/dev the bounded FastAPI/CrewAI runtime profile
• remove unused operators, cluster-bound sealed secrets, external ingress/DNS, and pre-CRD custom resources from the root sync
• use the application default SQLite database and ephemeral filesystem Loki storage for this low-cost dev cluster
• pin dev-owned GitOps sources to v1.4.2

All optional platform modules remain available under platform/ for a separately composed profile.

Validation

• application contract tests pass
• root render contains no Certificate, ClusterIssuer, SealedSecret, or CNPG Cluster
• Vector config validates with warnings denied
