fix(release): log notarization failures

Summary

Expose the notarytool submission output in the Release workflow so Apple authentication and notarization failures can be diagnosed from GitHub Actions logs.

Tests

• tuist generate
• xcodebuild test -project Keyty.xcodeproj -scheme Keyty -destination "platform=macOS"
• Other: ruby -c fastlane/Fastfile

Run project commands from Apps/Keyty.

UI Changes

Before	After
A failed notarization reported only the Fastlane caller line.	The Release log includes the notarytool response.
