What happened?
When I click on the link to the official discord on the Readme.md file, I get redirected to discord, but it says that the invite is invalid.
What should have happened?
It should have redirected me to the discord server instead.

Fix
I don't know how you handle discord links and if there is a difference between invites and links to servers, but on the webpage there is also a discord button and it works, so I would create a merge request that changes the link to that one. Also, the link to dc in the CONTRIBUTING.md is different and is a invite from a different person than constructor and I think it is better to have I link and not different ones for the same functionality and therefore I think that that should be changed as well.
