New subcommand `values` for `check` and `upgrade` that walks the value files of the types with registered value migrations (ldproxy-cfg `Migrations.values()`, currently stored queries), reports the available migrations and rewrites the files. The aggregate `check` and `upgrade` commands run it between `entities` and `layout`. JSON files are written pretty-printed, YAML files with the store mapper. Requires the value migrations of ldproxy-cfg 4.9.0; until the release the branch snapshot 4.9.0-v5-deprecated-options-migration-SNAPSHOT is used.
