The messenger, instagram and x kinds are live in dither-accounts: a sandboxed browser hooked into each real web app, the way its Discord extractor is. This puts them in NETWORKS and MANAGED_KINDS, so the hub offers them and, on its next start, asks the manager to manage those kinds (approve on the manager's page).

  • directTarget for the three answers a plain error: those extractors can't open a new chat by address yet, so a new chat starts in the account's live view. Before this, it fell through to Discord's "needs their user id".
  • ABOUT_RULES.instagram gains avatar: Instagram groups have a picture (thread_image_url and its deltas in the web app's code).
  • docs/accounts.md lists the three under "Networks that run only in dither-accounts".

Typecheck passes; every package's tests pass (run one by one; the whole run under a load average of 13 timed out in unrelated tests).

Their extractors run in dither-accounts now (a sandboxed browser hooked into each
real web app), so NETWORKS and MANAGED_KINDS include them; a hub registered
before asks the manager to manage these kinds on its next start. Starting a new
chat by address isn't supported by those extractors yet, so the new-chat dialog
says to start it in the account's live view instead of asking for a Discord id.
Instagram groups have a picture setting too (from its web app's code).
