• clnrod-testrule no longer overflows when given a very large their_funding_sat
• empty or comment lines (# and //) in the list files are now ignored
• improved email address parsing for clnrod-email-from/clnrod-email-to
• cache entries are now evicted once they are older than one hour (checked every 10 minutes), and the peer data cache is capped at 1000 entries (oldest entry is evicted), so it can no longer grow without bound
• fixed a typo in the clnrod-testrule error message
