Deprecate github-now or make it compatible with gitlab

Developing [`github-now`](https://github.com/lu0/git-scripts/blob/b0beede1ec0a981bab713cc05477d00d459423ba/github-now/github-now.sh) was a great learning experience, but I'll deprecate it in favor of [github/hub](https://github.com/github/hub)'s command `create`. Maybe as a wrapper that works for gitlab too? Idk, yet.
