Motivation

Reproduce the duplicate render of the app in Argos, fixed by #12810.

Static hosts like Netlify serve pages at URLs other than their canonical one: /tests.html (the HTML file of /tests), or the 404.html page at /tests/index.html. The client then hydrates an empty route, and React appends the page after the server HTML: the app renders twice. docusaurus.io has the bug in production: https://docusaurus.io/tests/index.html

The Argos tests use docusaurus serve, which redirects these .html URLs, so they couldn't catch it. That's also why /tests/blog/x/y/z.html is excluded from Argos. The new tests intercept the page request with Playwright, and respond with the HTML file like a static host does.

This PR intentionally adds Argos screenshots and aria snapshots of the bug: static-host/tests.html and static-host/tests/index.html show the app twice.
