Pyrefly show outgoing only shows outer calls. #5486
With pyrefly 1.4. Showing outgoing calls on caller only shows outer. Doing the same with pyright shows outer and inner. In vscode go to caller -> right click -> peek call hierarchy -> top right corner "show outgoing calls". The test here was without a toml file.
Table generated by claude. I did verify in VSCode with pyright and pyrefly. Pyright shows all of them in outgoing calls.

[four() for item in items]

{'key': five()}

str(seven())
str maybe*, seven no
* I am not 100% sure about it. In pyright it is shown as str in pyrefly there is a __new__ that marks the line with str when I click it. So shown but as __new__ instead of str?
Sandbox includes the file I used to verify the table in test2.py and also the one referenced on top here. Both files are generated by AI.
