Summary

Align EMBR Node.js and Python runtime images with the shared Oryx release configuration, eliminating duplicate patch-version pins.

  • Read Node.js 22/24/26 patch versions from images/constants.yml.
  • Add a shared Python metadata helper that resolves the configured patch version and matching GPG keys or SHA256 from platforms/python/versions//versionsToBuild.txt.
  • Update EMBR Python builds to pass the resolved verification metadata to the Dockerfile and fail when verification inputs are missing.
  • Install verification tools in the disposable Python builder stage.
  • Remove duplicate Node/Python version and checksum pins from images/embrconstants.yml.
