The readme changes in this PR are just because we've purposely updated the readme in the source repo too.

0.4.3 never made it into awesome-copilot, it was blocked since we didn't have proper telemetry opt-out settings and telemetry notices.
0.4.4 adds those. So once released, users will get the updates from 0.4.3 and 0.4.4.

Azure SRE Agent 0.4.4 includes:

• Fixes the host action-limit issue while keeping all personal tools.
• Fixes connector recovery and mobile layouts.
• Adds privacy-bounded usage telemetry with an opt-out.
• Corrects installation guidance to use Awesome Copilot.
• Includes security and shared toolkit updates.

Obsolete #39 overlaps the selected package and remains untouched. The release blocker is production review and squash merge; no merge, tag, latest move, or Awesome Copilot update is included.

Verification

• Node 24.22.1; exact clean source checkout and live production base.
• 47 package files; 43 protected SHA256SUMS entries.

• Source tests passed 548/548. The broad local browser tier passed 159/165; six host-only tests require an existing signed-in Edge CDP session and were not bypassed.
• Production repository tests passed 44/47. Two unrelated existing assertions use stale Canvas Authoring and Storage versions. One SRE assertion pins obsolete README prose (Open an agent by URL or resource ID) instead of the reviewed 0.4.4 label (External URL or Resource ID); this candidate does not change production tests.
• Shared catalog overlap: Release Azure Storage 0.3.3 usage telemetry #40. Selected-package overlap: obsolete Fix SRE action availability and connector recovery in 0.4.3 #39.
