Publish the ui-react MODEL_CATALOG_API fix from #118. That fix is on main but no released chart carries it, so no deployment can take it. The ui-react ConfigMap in 9.0.0-beta.13 emits no MODEL_CATALOG_API key and has no extraEnv, so a values override cannot supply the URL. A new release is the only way to move a deployment off the image default, http://api.models.mint.local/v2.0.0. Rendered against the mint.tacc.utexas.edu values, the packaged chart emits https://api.models.mint.tacc.utexas.edu/v2.0.0.
