Remove the account/run-wallet accounting summary and legacy-ledger notice from the overview, as requested. The existing equity KPI, runner list, positions, orders, API payload and accounting behavior remain unchanged. This presentation change does not resume legacy strategy runs paused during the isolated-wallet rollout.

Validation: Dashboard typecheck and 109 tests passed; consistency checks passed. Independent read-only review confirmed only the overview presentation block and its unused translation hook were removed.
