Closes code scanning alert #1 (actions/missing-workflow-permissions).

ci.yml had no permissions block, so the job ran with the repository default for GITHUB_TOKEN. The job checks out the code and runs mix test; it needs read access to the contents and nothing else.

Change

  • permissions: contents: read at the workflow level.

Verification

  • The CI run on this PR is the test: checkout and mix test pass with the reduced token.
