ci: publish workflow (PyPI trusted publisher, tag-triggered, no stored token) - #175

…ed token Makes every future release one click. That shape was the failure today: no publish workflow existed and v2.9.0 shipped by hand. The workflow guards the stale build/lib trap explicitly, sanity-checks the wheel for ghost modules before uploading, and uses pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish@release/v1 with permissions.id-token: write so the OIDC flow is the only auth. PyPI side needs a one-time manual add of motionvector-dev/spacepilot as a trusted publisher (documented in the workflow comment). That is not in this repo by design.
