Windows selected-window capture can fail with RPC_E_CHANGED_MODE (0x80010106) after audio discovery initializes the lighting thread as STA. Retrying repeats the failure, and the old error message incorrectly suggests an unsupported Windows version.

Initialize every Windows lighting worker as MTA before engine startup and retain that initialization across audio/capture sessions. Capture sessions use balanced, thread-bound initialization guards. Remove the unconditional OS-version warning.

Prepare desktop and CLI version 0.16.1 and focused release notes so a successful main build publishes the fix and offers it through the updater.

Validation:

• New worker regression failed before the fix and passed afterward.
• All 100 ordinary native tests passed; strict Clippy and rustfmt passed.
• Interactive Windows fixture passed audio-device discovery, repeated capture starts/stops, resize, and closure. Only its generated window was captured; no USB or audio recording was used.
• All 24 release, publishing, and installer tests passed after the version bump.

Merge only after all checks pass on the final versioned commit.
