Add an opt-in Side by side display to existing local co-op. Each player gets an independent camera and HUD in one window: 5:4 + 5:4 by default, with widescreen/adaptive ratios applied to each pane. Shared menus, scene ownership, and online camera preferences retain their existing behavior.
Secondary cameras now preserve native dead zones, tracking speed, and gradual room-limit changes. This fixes P2 snapping while P1 pans after Bee Blader. Camera history advances once per simulation frame and is included in current-build saves, rollback, renderer captures, and diagnostic replay hashes.
The owner approved the worktree playtest and authorized shipping after the pan fix. Validation passed: both raster scene suites and bidirectional camera-pan checks; the retail Bee Blader encounter (prepared with the existing unified input route, then switched to local views during the fight), with 265 shared native pan frames and byte-exact mid-pan save/load; real local boot/separation with both rosters, both menu owners, save/load, per-pane aspect/resize checks; local and online diagnostic replay including fresh-process playback; native 5:4 + 5:4 and 32:9 + 32:9 production desktop captures; 7 focused CTests; packaged ZIP integrity, content checks and clean-PATH launch. Current-build snapshots only; old save-state compatibility is not required. Preserves the 2.3.11 bounded DSP capture fix; prepares version 2.3.12 and packages the local-mode guide.
