Phase 20 orphan-code audit remediation (singlewindow section):

• Wire Phase 19 shorePass/dangerousGoods routers to new officer UI pages (/app/customs/shore-pass, /app/customs/dangerous-goods, CustomsGuard role-gated)
• Wire cvContainerConsumer into server startup (CV_CONTAINER_CONSUMER_ENABLED, honest disabled default, fail-closed); migration 0060 retained
• Keep + register external tRPC API surface (fundFlow, complianceReporting, valuation, wtoValuation, advanceRuling, crf, msw, openData, redis) — new docs/trpc-api-registry.md + routers.ts comments
• Mark 14 never-accessed drizzle tables DEPRECATED in schema.ts with evidence (migrations retained)
• README status notes for 10 unreferenced microservice dirs
• Fix React-Native push registration to pushTokens.registerPushToken; mount usePushNotifications in App
• stream router: honest STREAMING_NOT_CONFIGURED/UNAVAILABLE (fabricated fallback events removed); fluvio-consumer compose service removed (8096 collision resolved); deprecated fluvioSvc/fluvioWs/deltaLakeSvc PORTS entries removed
• Remove verified-dead files: ComponentShowcase, DeclarationRiskTimeline, DeclarationStatusTracker, ManusDialog, ui/navigation-menu, ui/input-group, server/rateLimit.ts
• Remove schemaDgShorePass re-export shim (routers import drizzle/schema directly)
