This repo isn't a portfolio. It's the archive of my madness and my sanity: a paper on the internal geometry of a language model next to an oracle that answers in archetypes.
To me it was always the same question.
M.Sc. in quantum physics. Founder of DealTunnel, where I practice Revenue Engineering. That means designing, building and running the whole system that turns an opaque B2B market into revenue you can verify and attribute. Market intelligence, contact infrastructure, multichannel execution.
The rest of the time I build instruments for the parts of reality that don't fit in a pipeline.
Feynman and Jung were digging the same tunnel from opposite sides of the mountain. Number and symbol are two languages for the same thing. I write in both. DealTunnel is where the number side earns a living.

DealTunnel finds them in official government sources: 9.7 million active businesses mapped in the US and Canada, with data today in 12 countries across the Americas. Then it runs the system that turns that map into attributed revenue. Not an outbound shop, not a data vendor: the whole system, measured all the way to the contract.

You enter through The Crossing, a 3D landing. On the other side lives Ánima, the app itself. Built from the ground up.

Built to industrialize the kind of civic oversight that used to require weeks of manual SECOP review. DuckDB + Python + static editorial dashboard. My contribution to reducing corruption in Colombia through open data and auditable methodology.
🏛 Claude Offices · multi-agent teams for Claude Code Build specialized AI agent teams ("offices") with a Soul + Skills architecture inspired by Hermes Agent (Nous Research). Each agent gets an identity modeled after a real domain expert, and every office enforces a 2-round production + critique pipeline. Describe an office in natural language and it researches the best expert figures, generates the agents, and installs everything. Born from the Interpretation AI Cell, a 7-agent EN→DE translation pipeline (Wittgenstein for pragmatics, Quine for ambiguity, Frege for tone) that became the methodology template for all offices.
🕸 Entanglement Cartography of Large Language Models · independent research I treat LLMs as physical objects and measure their internal geometry. Out of it came the Entropy-Compression Law (R² = 0.90). It runs on an M1 with two agents: Feynman (code and experiments) and Dirac (paper writing).
