Draft — blocked on noopolis/mneme#3 being released. CI here will fail on the flipped loop test until @noopolis/mneme is published with that fix and this PR bumps the dependency.

Why

Production recall blocks were half raw wake envelopes / Agent output: stubs. Daimon only calls memory.recordTurn; Mneme decides what that writes and what recall returns, so the fix is in Mneme (noopolis/mneme#3): turn records are tagged turn-audit, kept in the ledger, and excluded from wake recall (legacy untagged records too).

Daimon's tests encoded the old behavior as a contract:

  • second wake's prompt carries content recorded from the first wake (write-back loop closes) → now a recorded wake is kept for audit but never recalled into the next wake's prompt.
  • memory activity can be reloaded through Pi adapter across turns seeded via recordTurn; it now seeds via kernel.register (the agent memory-tool path).

Verified

  • Against a local build of mneme#3: full npm test green (886 pass, 0 fail), typecheck clean.
  • Against stock @noopolis/mneme@0.1.1: the flipped loop test goes red (mutation check).

To land

  1. Merge fix: exclude recordTurn audit records from wake recall mneme#3, bump mneme version, tag v* to publish.
  2. Bump @noopolis/mneme here, mark ready.
