…entory Cause ids are reconciliation content per B169 D4, so the closed event/emitter system list no longer applies to them. The B41 corpus size now derives from the accepted and rejected inventories instead of a hardcoded count.
…ugh to forget schemaForModelToolName returned forgetInputSchema for any unrecognised name, so a live model's typo validated against the destructive contract and server.ts fed it straight into registerTool's inputSchema. Map memory_forget explicitly and throw on anything else.

…et-run resolveCausalRunId returned the literal "unset-run" whenever the variable was absent or blank. Every authority that shares that namespace writes evidence that cannot afterwards be attributed to a run, and there is no repair after collection — only re-running. The fallback is deleted rather than flagged off, and the thrown message is byte-identical to daimon's so the two repos fail the same way. The thirteen test files that reached this path without an explicit run id now set one; no helper, fixture or setup file reintroduces a default. mneme 220 pass / 0 fail / 0 skipped.
