…osed at seal Be liberal in what you accept from others, strict in what you seal yourself. parseCausalCauseId becomes a real open-namespace parser and leaves the parse-fatal admission path; parseCausalBundle gains its own sealing check layered on the liberal schema. Event ids stay closed. The golden corpus flips reject-unrecognized-cause-id to accept-foreign-cause-namespace with the same bytes, and adds reject-bare-cause-id for the sealing side.
