Update compatible runtime and development dependencies under the existing two-day cooldown. Pin fast-uri 4.2.3 to fix four URI handling advisories. Qualify the prompting guide's bare-command help as terminal-only. Consolidates #903 and #904. Co-authored-by: dependabot[bot] <49699333+dependabot[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

Codex review: needs maintainer review before merge. What this changesThis PR refreshes runtime and development dependencies, patches four fast-uri advisories, and clarifies when bare acpx prints help. Example: A contributor installs the committed dependency lockfile.

Technical reviewBest possible solution: Land the focused dependency refresh with the existing installation safeguards and verified checks. Do we have a high-confidence way to reproduce the issue? Dependency exposure is established by the main lockfile and advisory ranges; no acpx exploit or runtime failure was reproduced during this read-only review. Is this the best way to solve the issue? Updating the existing overrides, manifest, and generated lockfile is the smallest complete maintenance path and preserves the established dependency policy. What Problem This Solves
The development lockfile pins
fast-uri4.1.5, which is affected by four URI-handling advisories, and compatible runtime/tooling updates have accumulated.User Impact
Installs use patched URI normalization and current compatible filesystem/runtime tooling. The acpx version remains 0.21.0 and its Node runtime floor is unchanged. The prompting guide also states precisely that bare-command help requires terminal stdin.
Why This Change Was Made
Raise the existing
fast-urioverride to 4.2.3 and build on the landed #903, consolidate #904, and include the other eligible in-range updates. This includes fs-safe 0.26.13, Vite 8.3.5, markdownlint-cli2 0.24.0, Stryker 10.1.1, oxlint-tsgolint 7.0.2005, and tsdown 0.23.2. Manifest ranges match the tested dependency versions. The existing 48-hour cooldown remains enabled, and SDK 1.x is retained.Evidence
pnpm auditreports zero vulnerabilities.checkcommand sequence passes on Node 24.22.1, run locally at low priority with formatter/linter threads and Node test concurrency limited to two: 3,076 tests pass, 19 skip, zero fail.check:docspasses. Built-CLI synthetic smoke confirms terminal help, exit 2 for each missing-prompt command, and exit 2 for bare and named commands with empty piped stdin.Crabbox could not dispatch the gate because its coordinator lease lookup timed out. Validation used the permitted local fallback; the allocated lease was released.
The rebase onto the separately landed fs-safe update preserves the exact tested Git tree (
16c8cbda908847fc67eb7bad4d4e144e828ae9a7) and passed another independent review against the new base.
