Technical reviewBest possible solution: Use the existing bounded Markdown ownership helper to prove exact table-cell closers only for declared-marker reconstruction. Do we have a high-confidence way to reproduce the issue? Main explicitly rejects table delimiter ownership, and the supplied table fixture reaches declared-marker reconstruction; the author reports paired before/after failures, but no target code was executed during this review. Is this the best way to solve the issue? The repair addresses missing source provenance directly, reuses the existing parser and resource bounds, and preserves shell projection's default contract. Summary

proposals/<GHSA-ID>/clawscan.ymlSecurity / Trust Impact
Instruction bodies remain available to every analyzer. Explicit removal instructions still reconstruct inside table code spans. Escaped pipes, extra or padded cells, cross-cell and cross-row delimiter pairs, uncertain mappings, and budget exhaustion retain conservative fallback behavior. Source offsets remain bound through normalized views. Existing shell projection uses the default table-ownership setting, and its excluded ranges remain enforced. No resource, finding, severity or verdict limits change.
