Remove the compile/link flags (-matomics, -mbulk-memory, -pthread, -sSHARED_MEMORY=1, -sALLOW_TABLE_GROWTH) that were duplicated in src/CMakeLists.txt. They are now supplied by src/bindings/javascript/CMakeLists.txt, which also passes them to the third-party library build. Note that -sALLOW_TABLE_GROWTH is part of the linker flags set there. -pthread stays in the link options. Update the explanatory comments in CMakeLists.txt and the note in file.cpp. Threading and shared memory are now supported, so the file.cpp comment only mentions ALLOW_MEMORY_GROWTH as a risk.
