- Add GetExistingEvalAutomorphismKeyIndices to query generated keys by tag. - Document its behavior, demonstrate bootstrapping key counts, and add tests for rotation and bootstrapping keys.
- Accept signed 32-bit offsets in FindAutomorphismIndex and FindAutomorphismIndices, converting them to the C++ API's unsigned form. - Update docstrings and add CKKS coverage for negative offsets, empty lists, and out-of-range inputs.
