In the CDI we have a visual indicator for fields that are changed.
However, this indicator is not visible when a group or a segment is collapsed. We start segments by default collapsed.

We should make the colored indicator (or a textual, like prepending (*) to the text) visible even in collapsed groups and sections.

    Added in PR #313. Will be present in JMRI 5.17.5 (next test release)
