- SCP-7714 refers to the massive, submerged remains of a reptilian creature, estimated to be 11 kilometers long, located in the Bering Sea, which is called SCP-7714-A. Inside this carcass are ancient structures built by a humanoid civilization, resembling Viking settlements, and various artifacts. The decay of SCP-7714-A releases large amounts of methane. The other part of this anomaly, SCP-7714-B, is a huge bird-like creature that was initially dormant in Antarctica but has since become active and is now flying around Earth. SCP-7714-B can create massive storms and is believed to be a mythical figure from Norse legends. The Foundation is currently focused on neutralizing SCP-7714-B, using a large combat robot called SCP-5514, which has been upgraded with special abilities, including runes that draw "luck" or "soul energy" (hamingja) from the human remains within SCP-7714-A to enhance its pilot.
