Scope benchmark claim and release v0.2.1

The public benchmark caption hard-coded 11 task pairs while the homepage intentionally displays 10 of the 11 generated recordings. This change scopes the 3.2x aggregate comparison to the recorded, verified pairs currently shown on the Blaze homepage, avoiding a brittle count while retaining the measured evidence boundary.

Plugin, marketplace, and installer metadata advance together to 0.2.1 for a patch release. The canonical skill.md and its plugin copy are unchanged.

Validation: bun install --frozen-lockfile and bun run check pass, including schema validation, typechecking, template synchronization, and 13 client tests.
