Jennet - Packet Sniffer & Manipulator

Jennet/Jnet is a program I created using C++ and libpcap, and cJSON and QT5 for the user interface part.

Jennet is still a work in progress but its has some great features like: Sniffing and Packet crafting TCP, UDP, ARP and ICMP (more will added)

Installation

visit : https://perii.itch.io/jennet-jnet-packet-manipulator

and install zip or tar.xz (zip is for windows), (tar.xz for linux)

On Debian-based Linux distributions.

Install using APT

sudo apt install libpcap-dev
sudo apt install qt5-default qtbase5-dev qtbase5-dev-tools
sudo apt install libcjson-dev

extract 'Jennet.tar.xz'

then:

cd <your Jennet folder>

sudo ./jnet

on Windows

Visit : https://npcap.com/

Install : "Npcap 1.83 installer for Windows"

Run the downloaded exe (npcap-1.83.exe)

and make sure to select this checkbox:

then just run the jennet exe!

Jennet CLI:

(Jennet CLI is only for linux right now)

sudo ./Jnet Addresses.json Packet.json

Addresses.json example found in this repository in the JSONS/ folder

Packet.json examples found in this repository in the JSONS/ folder (arp example, tcp example...)
