Chat's list marked an agent unread as soon as the answers poll saw its new answer, but the line under the agent's name still showed the message that was there when the page opened: the previews come from the persona list the page loaded once, and it was only loaded again after a rename or a delete. The unread provider now also shares the last answers it fetched, and the Chat page reloads the list when another conversation's last answer changes, so the preview and its time move on with the dot. The open conversation is left out, since its row already shows the live log, and the provider's first poll and changes that only mark something read don't reload anything.
