## What changed - Reverts merged PR #217, restoring the harness-gated Chat sidebar link beside Home and its unread-conversation badge. - Restores tests for Chat visibility and the unread count. ## Verification - bun run --cwd packages/web test src/components/nav.test.tsx — passed (5 tests). - bun x prettier --check packages/web/src/components/nav.tsx packages/web/src/components/nav.test.tsx — passed. - bun run --cwd packages/web lint src/components/nav.tsx src/components/nav.test.tsx — passed (0 warnings, 0 errors). - bun run typecheck — the web package completed successfully; the workspace-wide command failed in @proxy/db and @proxy/api because generated Prisma Client types were unavailable, producing missing @prisma/client exports and dependent type errors. - git diff --check HEAD^ HEAD — passed. - No screenshot: the checkout has no .env, and a rendered preview requires the API/database stack.
